The United States Postal Service (USPS) requires any customer utilizing Mail Forwarding Service to complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two valid forms of identification. You must also keep a valid credit card on file with BizFilings’ Mail Forwarding Service provider in order to pay the postage costs for your mail forwards.
